After school revision sessions

In showing commitment to their learning, our Year 11 students are expected, where needed, to attend additional revision sessions when advised by their teacher.

Revision sessions are planned and tailored for specific knowledge needs identified through Key Assessment and teacher class marking. If a student is invited to a session, it is because they need to revise the information taught in that session. It is not a sanction for not doing well or not completing work.

We offer many opportunities for our Year 11 students to complete extra revision and extend their learning through our revision sessions. In some subjects, such as Art, this is a valuable time to complete coursework.
