It is natural to experience anxiety from time to time and it is a normal response to feeling stress during times such as revising for or sitting an exam or when you try something new.
That is why our school has a dedicated resource for students to tell us if something is worrying you in school.
It is important to share your worry or anxiety. Don’t bottle it up – tell someone.

Are you worried about something when school is closed?
If it is after school time, the weekend or the school holidays and you are worried about something you have seen or experienced online or in real life, the ThinkUKnow website is helpful. It lets you know what is good and what isn’t and importantly, what you can do about it so you can quickly report something you are worried about.
Childline is a free, confidential service where you can talk to someone about anything that is worrying you.
