Year 7 applications
Applying online for admission to our school is quick and easy. Parents and carers need to make their application through the Gateshead Council Admissions Team.
From September 2026 Gateshead residents can apply for a place for their child and step by step information on how to do this is available on Gateshead Council’s secondary school admissions webpage.
Information about Gateshead Council’s 2027-28 secondary school admission policy, and its co-ordinated admissions scheme are available at the links below.
The application deadline for 2027-28 admissions is 31 October 2026.

On-line applications – submit on the council’s website www.gateshead.gov.uk
Paper applications – return to The School Admissions Team, Floor 2, Civic Centre, Gateshead, NE8 1HH. To request a paper version of the application form, contact Gateshead Council by phone on 0191 433 2757.

You can apply for an in-year transfer by using Gateshead Council’s online portal.
