Parents are invited to attend the Year 9 Option Evening on Thursday, 9 February. please arrive at 5.15 pm in order to register and pick up your options pack.

The evening has been arranged to enable you to speak to staff from key subject areas that your son/daughter is interested in following at KS4 and therefore you will be given the opportunity to visit up to six different subject areas. There is a brief explanation of the process below.

This is an important evening, as it represents the formal part of your child confirming their final option selections. As part of your options pack you will receive an options booklet explaining the process in full with an overview of each option subject. Following the evening your child will receive an online options form on Monday 13th February to indicate your child’s preferred options choices. This form must be completed by Monday 27th February at the latest.

Please return the tear-off slip to your son/daughter’s form tutor by Friday 3rd February 2023.
