Prompting students to reflect deeply on their aspirations and the steps they need to take to achieve them, our Year 9 students participated in our careers event and mock progression interviews this week.

Many students left their interviews feeling more informed, motivated, and aware of how their decisions today can shape their future pathways.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to practise interview skills, explore potential careers, and consider the subjects and qualifications that will support their ambitions. This experience will be complemented by our careers fair that takes place in early February.
