A message from Mr Barrett, Headteacher.

Five weeks into the year and it is startling to think that 20% of Year 11 school time before the summer exam series begins has already passed. If anything, the pace of this year will only accelerate as we all work to help prepare our students for what is the culmination of all of their education so far.

The best results for students are achieved through the joint efforts of school with parents and carers doing everything that we can to help the students in this challenging yet rewarding year.  With this in mind, we have arranged for a Year 11 Key Information and Motivation Evening on Thursday 17th October 2024.  This is an opportunity for students and parents/carers to be given the key information required to make year 11 as successful as possible for your child. 

As a parent/carer, you will be able to meet with senior leaders in school as well as representatives of the sixth form.  

This is an important event in ensuring that we secure the best possible grades for your son/daughter and you will be supplied with information and resources to help with your child’s revision and preparation.
