This month we hosted an engaging work experience information event designed to help students explore the many opportunities available for gaining real-world work experience.

The session provided essential guidance on how students can prepare for placements, develop employable skills, and make informed decisions about their future careers.

Parents and carers had the chance to meet with our Career, Advice, Information and Guidance Team to learn about the different pathways available, and gain assurance about their child navigating the world of work experience.

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many parents and carers appreciating the insight into how work experience can shape their child’s personal and professional development.

Students left inspired, and armed with information and resources to help them take the next step towards their career ambitions.
