Kingsmeadow Community School sets high standards for its school uniform. The uniform identifies Kingsmeadow students as proud members of the school and community. At all times students are to wear their uniform with pride, and respect everything it represents. The full uniform must be worn by students on their way to school, between lessons and on the way home. Failure to follow the rules regarding school uniform will result in sanctions.

Our school’s uniform is compulsory for all students

  • Kingsmeadow bespoke green blazer.
  • Kingsmeadow bespoke black tank top.
  • Kingsmeadow tie clipped on correctly. (The correct tie for each House).
  • White shirt with neck fastening that is tucked in to trousers or skirt. (Shirt with short or long sleeves).
  • Formal black school trousers, formal black school shorts or Kingsmeadow kilt. (Skinny fit trousers are not permitted).
  • Plain black formal shoes that can be polished (No trainers, boots, or plimsolls).

Students need to be aware of the following restrictions

  • No caps, hoodies, tattoos, or jewellery.
  • No skinny fit trousers, sports shorts, or leggings.
  • No extreme hairstyles.
  • No tramlines or carvings.
  • No false tan, nose piercings, tongue piercings, false nails, or false eyelashes.
  • Face must always be clearly visible, unless due to a religious or medical requirement.
  • Natural make up only.
  • Natural hair colour only.

Our PE uniform

  • Kingsmeadow PE long sleeved rugby top (compulsory).
  • Kingsmeadow PE short sleeved top (optional).
  • Training shoes.
  • Plain black Kingsmeadow jogging bottoms (no logos etc.), Kingsmeadow shorts or plain black sports leggings (girls).
  • Black knee length socks.
  • Football boots.
