Post 16 Results Day - 13th August 2020

Post 16 students results will be available from the Sixth Form Centre from 8am on Thursday 13 August. Mr Hood, along with other members of the Sixth Form team, will be there to support and answer any questions students may have.

Due to Covid 19 guidelines and the need to keep everyone safe, we ask that students do not bring anyone with them, and respect social distancing recommendations at all times.

Kingsmeadow submitted teacher assessment grades for each student in each subject they were due to sit. The exam boards then standardise these based on prior attainment of students and the past performance of school in each subject. Students are not allowed to appeal their grade this year. There will be an opportunity to re-sit examinations in the autumn, but due to the amount of time missed in education this year we would strongly advise against any re sits.

More information about how grades are awarded in 2020 can be found in the document HERE. Further information about your grades this summer can be found HERE.

On results day you will receive results slips, exam certificates will be available to collect from school at the end of November. Please remember to collect these as they will be destroyed after one year. If you are unable to collect them yourself, you can nominate someone to collect them for you, however you must supply them with a short letter of consent.
