PE in the Winter Months

Students will take part in PE lessons outside, in the winter months they must dress for the weather. In recent weeks some of the students have been cold.

Students should wear plain black sweatshirts (no hoodies), black tracksuit bottoms and for some activities black hats and gloves are allowed.

BELOW IS A REMINDER OF OUR KINGSMEADOW GIFTED AND TALENTED CRITERIA IF YOU FIT INTO THE CRITERIA ESPECIALLY IN EVENTS YOU TAKE PART IN OUT OF SCHOOL PLEASE LET US KNOW

As the sporting performances within school continue to improve, the PE Department have put a new Gifted & Talented Criteria in place to help support and encourage the schools outstanding sporting performers.

This criteria is displayed in the PE Department and the social area along with Kingsmeadow’s ‘Hall of Fame’ that shows the pupils who have excelled in their sport.

If you think that you fit into any part of the criteria below then see a member of the PE Department!

GOLD

I compete in my sport at a NATIONAL or

INTERNATIONAL level

SILVER

I compete in my sport at a REGIONAL level.

I am part of a Club Academy

BRONZE

I have represented the DISTRICT and/or

the COUNTY at my sport.
